Ayrenne Adams

Ayrenne Adams, MD MPH, currently serves as the Medical Director of Population Health at Accompany Health and holds the position of Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. With a strong background in primary care and population health, Ayrenne has previously worked as NY Medical Director at Galileo, focusing on improving healthcare quality for Medicaid and Medicare populations. Experience includes leading initiatives to reduce emergency department utilization and enhancing care coordination through innovative primary care models. Ayrenne's clinical leadership spans multiple roles at NYC Health + Hospitals, where responsibilities included directing social determinants of health strategies and participating in initiatives to address systemic racism in clinical algorithms. Education includes a Doctor of Medicine from Emory University School of Medicine and a Master of Public Health from Emory University.
