Baiju Alexander has a wealth of experience in software engineering and consulting. Baiju began their career in 2003 as a Project Officer at TENET, where they were involved in the complete lifecycle of GSM BTS Baseband Card Development, including system design, development, debugging, testing and field trial. In 2006, they were promoted to Project Officer at TENET, where they were the module owner for the complete software running on GSM base band card. In 2008, they moved to a US Based Wireless Product Development Company as a Software Development Engineer. In 2011, they transitioned to Ericsson as a Consultant, where they worked on LTE Protocol stack development for eNodeB, HETNET/ABS and Multiantenna beamforming. In 2012, they were promoted to Consultant at Ericsson, where they developed advanced tests to test embedded software features, LTE protocol stack and algorithm, and helped to improve key system performance like power consumption and stability. In 2015, they were promoted to Consultant at Ericsson, where they worked on LTE Protocol StackDevelopment for UE, Design and development of LTE Measurements and Cell search software. In 2016, they moved to Acconeer AB as a Software Engineer.

Baiju Alexander attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a MS in Communications. Baiju then attended the University of Madras from 1998 to 2002 and earned a BE in ECE. In April 2005, they obtained a certification in Digital Signal Processing on Analog Devices DSP (Blackfin) from Analog Devices.
