Johannes Carlsson has worked in various roles in the software engineering industry since 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they were a Software Developer and Function Group Leader at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications. During this time, they were responsible for a software part within a phone project, including planning, requirement handling, software design, and delivering tested software according to the plan. In 2006, they took a parental leave from Tactel AB. Johannes then rejoined Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications in 2007 as an Android Developer, Android Systems, Android Developer, MIB team, Scrum Master, and Project Manager for a function group with 6 teams, in total about 30 developers. In 2012, they took another parental leave from Tactel AB. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Firmware Engineer at Anoto, a Consultant at B3 Skilled AB, and a Software Engineer at Fingerprint Cards. Since 2018, they have been an Embedded Software Engineer at Acconeer AB.
Johannes Carlsson attained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University between 1995 and 1999. Johannes also earned an M. Sc. E.E. from the same school during this time.
