Andrew Steele

Andrew Steele is a seasoned hospitality executive currently serving as the Managing Director of Katara Towers Raffles & Fairmont Hotels at Accor since October 2024. Previously, Andrew held General Manager positions at Raffles Istanbul and Fairmont Sirru Fen Fushi, alongside a significant tenure as Managing Director for Potato Head Family and MGM Hospitality. Andrew's career at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts spanned over nine years, during which time Andrew progressed from Duty Manager to General Manager in various locations. Andrew's foundational experience includes roles at Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts, Hayman, and Mandarin Oriental, complemented by a diploma in Hospitality Management from Ecole Hotelier SSH Les Roches Bluche, Switzerland.
