Aurore Guillou

Aurore GUILLOU is an experienced professional in category management and purchasing, currently serving as Category Manager for F&B Fresh and Local direct food suppliers and Beverages at Accor since April 2022. Aurore has held previous roles as Junior Category Manager for Guest Technology across various regions, managing audiovisual equipment and other technology products.
