Cristina de Oliveira-Frewen

Cristina De Oliveira-Frewen has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Franchise Operations in Europe and North Africa at Accor since February 2011. Cristina has held various senior leadership roles at Accor, including SVP Franchise Operations for Northern Europe and for the UK & Ireland, as well as VP Operations for the UK & Ireland focusing on ibis and ibis Styles hotels. Prior to joining Accor, Cristina was the General Manager at Mercure Shrewsbury Albrighton Hall Hotel & Spa from February 2009 to January 2011.
