With experience spanning roles in revenue management, data strategy, and operational training, Erik has contributed to major companies such as Starwood Hotels and Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts. Erik holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Hotel Management from NHTV University of Applied Sciences and a diploma in Hospitality from Mondriaan Hotel School.
