Hessa H. Almazroa

Hessa Almazroa is an experienced hotel management professional currently serving as the General Manager for Novotel Riyadh Sahafa, focusing on pre-opening operations and budget preparations since March 2021. Previously, Hessa held the position of General Manager at Novotel Riyadh Al Anoud, where responsibilities included strategic planning aligned with market needs, overseeing renovation plans, managing budgeting processes, leading the executive committee, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and implementing service recovery plans post-COVID-19. Hessa also served as the General Manager for Novotel Suites Olaya from January 2017 to December 2019, where oversight of all operational functions was maintained. Hessa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Arab Open University and has completed an International Hotel Management Program at ESSEC Executive Education.
