Jatinder Singh

Jatinder Singh is an Executive Pastry Chef at Accor since December 2023, previously holding the position of Pre-opening Pastry Chef. Prior experience includes serving as a Pre-opening Sous Chef at Marriott Hotels and a Pastry Sous Chef at Accor from April 2022 to May 2023. Jatinder's culinary journey began with roles at Accor as Chef De Partie and at Conrad Bengaluru as Pre-Opening COMMI I. Additional notable experience includes working as COMMIS 1 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., and at IHG Hotels & Resorts in various COMMI roles. Jatinder's career started at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, where involvement included Pre-Opening COMMI and an industrial traineeship. Jatinder holds a diploma in Bakery from the National Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism, completed in 2012.
