Marine Polle

Marine Polle currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CHRO and Projects Director at Accor since July 2023. Previously, Marine Polle was the Head of New Customer Experience at Matera, where full ownership of strategy, roadmap, HR, and operations was undertaken, including scaling the team and transforming customer onboarding processes. Prior experience includes consulting at Bain & Company, with a focus on strategic due-diligences and operational improvements across various sectors, as well as roles at OC&C Strategy Consultants and Business France. Marine Polle holds a Master's in Management from HEC Paris and a Master in Public Affairs from Sciences Po.
