Matthieu Vanoost

Matthieu Vanoost is the Director of Cyber Security at Accor, a position held since 2025. Previously, at Decathlon Digital from 2008 to 2013, Matthieu served as a Network Expert and later as RSSI/CISO, where they led a security team of 30 individuals, implemented a DevSecOps approach, and developed various cybersecurity initiatives. Matthieu also managed significant projects such as the creation of a Security Operations Center and the deployment of multicloud security solutions. Matthieu holds a degree in network and systems administration from Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale.
