Jarrod Lang has over 19 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jarrod is currently the Director of Infrastructure & Security at the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta. Previously, they served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Four-N-One Delivery, Inc. and AVP, Information Services at Allinial Global. Prior to that, they were the IT Director at Majors Management, LLC and Heyward Allen Group, where they managed IT projects, network administration, user administration, and cyber security. Jarrod also served as the Business Development Center Manager and Internet Sales Manager at Heyward Allen Group. Jarrod began their career as a Manager at GNC Holdings, Inc.
Jarrod Lang earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Berry College in 2001. Jarrod later obtained a Master's Degree in Business and Information Technology from the University of Phoenix in 2004.

The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is an association of volunteers, members and staff, open to and serving all, with programs and services which build spirit, mind, and body. We serve more than 300,000 individuals with 21 full facilities, six additional program only sites and four childcare locations. The Y provides more than $5.5 million annually in financial assistance to support more than 25,000 youth, teens and families. The Y offers programs that serve kids, adults and families at all stages of life.
