Randall Allen is a seasoned hotel attorney currently serving as VP, Legal Counsel - Development (Americas) for Accor. They began their career as an Urban Fellow at the NYC Mayor's Office of Long Term Planning and Sustainability before obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University and a JD from Brooklyn Law School, where they were also an Articles Editor for the Brooklyn Law Review. Randall served as an Associate at both Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, and previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.
