Steve Jones

Steve Jones is an experienced professional in Revenue Management with a career spanning over 15 years across various roles. Currently serving as Senior Director RM on Demand Franchise for Accor since January 2022, Steve leads a team of 18 professionals across France and Northern Europe, focusing on enhancing Revenue Management consultancy services and improving RevPAR and RGI performance. Previously, Steve held the position of Governance and Pricing Lead at Canon EMEA, directing pricing strategies for public sector deals. With a background at Virgin Atlantic as Revenue Management Manager and Senior Analyst, Steve contributed to the airline’s network performance and was central to transatlantic joint ventures. Earlier roles include Revenue Trader at Flybe and Outbound Team Leader at Alliance Healthcare. Steve holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Exeter and a Higher National Diploma in Business and Management from Exeter College.
