Valentin Méret

Valentin M. is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the SOC Operations Leader at Airbus Protect since July 2022, following a tenure as a Security Operations Center Analyst. Valentin is also active as a Sapeur pompier volontaire at SDIS 78 since October 2025, holding the rank of Sergent-chef de SPV, and previously served in a similar capacity at SDIS 91 from February 2013 to October 2025. Earlier roles include Cyber Security Engineer at Airbus Defence and Space Cyber and various IT security positions, including at the Ministère de l'Intérieur. Valentin holds an engineering degree from ESIEA, a professional license from Université Paris-Saclay, and has completed a specialized course in Incident Response and Threat Hunting from SANS.
