Waleed Kasem

Waleed Kasem is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Cluster Director of Finance & Business Support at Accor since October 2019, overseeing financial operations for four properties across multiple brands, including Ibis, Adagio, ibis styles, and Mercure, with over 1000 rooms. Prior to this role, Waleed held various positions at Pullman Zamzam Makkah, including Cluster Chief Accountant and Acting Chief Accountant. Waleed's extensive career in finance began in 1999 at Sofitel Winter Palace Luxor, where multiple roles were undertaken, such as Credit Manager and Senior Accountant. Waleed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Audit from South Valley University, completed between 1994 and 1998.
