Wendela Spitzen is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management across various roles and establishments. Currently serving as General Manager at ibis Karlsruhe Hauptbahnhof since February 2015, Wendela oversees all hotel operations, manages budgets, and implements long-term strategies for a superior 139-room hotel. Previous positions include Operations Manager at both Mercure Amsterdam City, where involvement in a global leadership program enhanced management skills, and ibis Rotterdam City Center, along with various leadership roles at Novotel Amsterdam City, including Rooms Manager and Housekeeping Manager.
