Jean Holley

Jean Holley is currently a board member at Accord Financial and has over 20 years of experience in leadership positions in various companies. Jean was formerly the Group SVP & CIO of Brambles Limited from September 2011 to August 2017. During their time at Brambles, they were based out of Atlanta, Georgia. From October 2008 to September 2011, Jean Holley served on the Board of Trustees for the Illinois Institute of Technology. Jean was also a member of the Academic Affairs Committee and Chair for the School of Applied Technology. In August 2006, Jean Holley joined the board of directors for OneSpan and has been serving on the board for 15+ years. Jean is currently the chairman for the Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee and Governance Committee. Jean Holley has also served on the Board of Trustees for Missouri University Science & Technology from September 2005 to June 2011. In April 2004, they became the EVP & CIO of Tellabs and served in that position until July 2011. Prior to that, they were the CIO of USG Corp from August 1998 to August 2003.

Jean Holley studied computer science and electrical engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they earned their MS. Jean then went on to study computer science and electrical engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology, where they earned their BS.
