Ranindya Pramudhita Aranira Soeroso

Ranindya Pramudhita Aranira Soeroso's work experience began in 2019 as a Student Counselor at Ikigai Asia. They then worked as a Customer Service & Marketing Officer at kiosTix.com from August 2018 to September 2019, handling ticket trading for the ASIAN GAMES 2018. In 2019, they returned to Ruangguru as a Counseling and Community Officer, where they solved problems, provided information, and managed community engagement projects. They later joined Jojonomic - The Future of Work as a Human Capital Officer, responsible for recruitment and employee affairs. They then worked as a Content Writer at Satu Persen - Indonesian Life School, followed by a role as a Counseling Officer at Ruangguru. In December 2020, they joined DOOgether as a Business Development professional, acquiring partners and implementing event marketing strategies. They also worked as a Mental Health Coach, guiding clients through talk therapy. From January to May 2022, they worked at AXA Mandiri Financial Services as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding professional, attracting and assessing potential candidates. In May 2022, they started teaching at Sunny Seeds Learning, where they focused on developing preschoolers' motoric and sensoric skills. Currently, they are a Business Development Executive at Accord Innovations, researching potential clients, generating leads, and exploring new avenues for business growth.

Ranindya Pramudhita Aranira Soeroso completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Social Sciences from SMAN 34 Jakarta, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. Their earliest education was at Al-Izhar Pondok Labu, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Ranindya has also obtained certifications in Digital Marketing Training on Renewable Energy from SRE in November 2022, as well as in Data Security and Privacy from AXA in November 2022.
