Rita Wiersma is the Chief Executive Officer at Accord, a nonprofit organization offering services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disability and/or serious persistent mental illness in Minnesota. Prior to this role, Rita served as an Executive Director at Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan, overseeing operations for up to 800 staff and a $13 million budget. Additionally, Rita was a Regional Director in WI responsible for various services and a Director in Minnesota. Rita has a Masters in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
