Bradley Phillips

Bradley Phillips is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in operational management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Accordia Healthcare since December 2018 and intelliCare Recruitment since April 2017, Bradley has established a reputation for addressing challenges within the health and social care sector. Previous roles include Commercial Director at Bramley Health, where strategic leadership led to significant revenue growth, and a similar position at Glen Care Group, where Bradley achieved a remarkable revenue increase of £25 million. Early career experience includes commissioning management roles focused on service development and client engagement for individuals with complex needs, as well as a research position within The Conservative Party.
