Jason Bogart

Jason Bogart is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment and development. Since June 2005, Jason has served as Principal at Accordia, a firm focused on acquiring and developing Class A commercial real estate in Northern New Jersey and surrounding areas. Previously, from September 2000 to June 2005, Jason held the role of Vice President of Acquisitions & Capital Markets at Advance Realty Group, where responsibilities encompassed capital markets, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial analysis. Jason’s career commenced at Oakwood Corporate Housing as a Portfolio Manager, overseeing a portfolio of over 1,200 apartment units dedicated to short-term corporate housing. Academically, Jason holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University and dual Bachelor degrees in Communications and Psychology from the University of Miami.
