Christopher Sifter

Christopher Sifter is an accomplished Executive Director in Accordion’s Data & Analytics Practice, with expertise in leading transformational data initiatives and implementing enterprise-class data platforms since October 2025. Previously, Christopher served as an Expert Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on modern data architecture and advanced analytics from August 2022 to October 2025. Christopher also held the position of Principal-Client Solutions and Engagement Manager at Caserta, specializing in data management solutions prior to its acquisition by McKinsey. From August 1995 to November 2020, Christopher was a Principal at Crowe, leading the financial services data management consulting practice and overseeing numerous complex engagements across various industries. Early career experience includes roles at Softalk Incorporated as a Product Specialist, where Christopher developed integrated Voice Response applications for banking institutions. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from North Central College.
