Crystal Ewell

Crystal Ewell is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as Executive Director and Senior Lead Analytics Consultant in Customer Insights & Journey Analytics at Wells Fargo since February 2006. In this role, Crystal builds relationships with digital partners, develops comprehensive KPIs reports, and provides customer profiling to identify growth opportunities. Previous positions at Wells Fargo include Vice President and Assistant Vice President, during which Crystal influenced marketing decisions and conducted detailed analyses to enhance digital product offerings. Additionally, Crystal served as Campaign Treasurer for the Committee to Elect Michael Barnes for Mayor from January 2015 to April 2018, managing financial reports and tracking donations. Crystal holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Tennessee State University, completed an Executive Education program at UCLA Anderson School of Management, and obtained a Certificate of Financial Planning from Central Piedmont Community College.
