Justin D’Onofrio

Justin is a Managing Director and Planning Solutions Team Lead within Accordion’s CFO Tech Practice. He has more than 15 years of experience leading the deployment of forecasting and analytic solutions for companies ranging from PE-backed to Fortune 1000.

Justin’s specific expertise is in the Performance Management space, primarily serving finance team use cases – representative examples being: forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, EBITDA and profitability management, workforce planning, gross margin optimization, and currency analysis.

Before joining Accordion, Justin co-founded Platform Specialists (acquired by Accordion in 2022), a boutique consultancy focused on delivering client solutions for operational and financial intelligence. Prior to founding Platform Specialists, Justin spent time at the Big 4, building out an Enterprise Intelligence consulting practice and in industry, where he led global forecasting solutions.

With a deep background in both finance and technology, Justin focuses on helping companies enact change and realize value capture leveraging industry leading technology platforms. He has broad industry experience, highlighted by longstanding client relationships in the telecom, technology/SaaS, consumer goods, entertainment, and manufacturing industries. In addition to industry experience, he is a seasoned technical architect in market-leading planning platforms, including Anaplan and Oracle.

Common client engagements see Justin leading teams that help strategize on finance and operational goals, architect solutions to meet those needs, and provide ongoing support for road-mapping growth and business optimization plans. He has overseen the deployment of a 100+ solutions throughout his career.

Justin received his M.B.A in Finance and Product Management from New York University and his B.A. in Information Technology from Rutgers University.
