Paavan Choudary

Paavan Choudary is the Founder & President of Merilytics and the Head of Accordion’s Data & Analytics Practice. He has nearly 21 years of experience in Analytics and Management Consulting.

As Founder and CEO of Merilytics (acquired by Accordion in 2023), Paavan has spent over a decade providing data analytics and data management solutions to private equity clients and their portfolio companies across the world. These clients span a wide range of industries, including CPG/retail, healthcare, media & entertainment, technology, and business services.

Prior to founding Merilytics, Paavan worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he served clients across U.S., Africa, and India in diverse industry sectors (including financial services, pharmaceuticals, government, and private equity).

He began his career in Richmond, VA in Operations and Marketing Analytics at Capital One, in the credit card and subprime mortgage businesses.

Paavan has earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, New York, and has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai.
