Eric Youf

Eric Youf has extensive experience in the hospitality sector, currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at AccorInvest since November 2017, overseeing operational excellence for a portfolio of 36 F1 hotels and representing the employer to hotel managers and staff. Previously, from October 1999 to November 2017, Eric held multiple directorial roles at Accor, including Director of the ibis Avignon Centre Gare, where oversight included managing a team of up to 22 staff and an annual revenue of €2.5 million. Eric also directed various hotel and restaurant establishments with capacities ranging from 40 to 120 rooms. Eric holds a BTH in Hospitality Management from the Lycée d'État Hôtelier du Touquet, earned between 1985 and 1988.
