Shaye Thyer FCA is the Founder of Pallas, a CFO-as-a-service firm. Shaye is championing gender equity in the accounting industry as Head of Accounting at AccountKit Pty Ltd and Community Ambassador at Accounting Innovators. Shaye is also an Activator at SheEO™, supporting women-led startups. Previously, Shaye held roles at Intuit, Illumin8, MindBridge, BDO in Australia, Link4 Cloud, and Xero. Shaye has a Graduate Diploma from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Certified Practitioner in Change Management from Prosci, a BComm in Tax and Commercial Law from Flinders University, and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Mercedes College.
