Richard Poole, MBA

Richard Poole, MBA has extensive work experience in the field of IT systems and consulting. Richard has worked as a Senior Principal Consultant at AccountabilIT, LLC since 2016, where they specialize in providing enterprise-level solutions for Windows deployment, software distribution, and system monitoring and security. In this role, they are also responsible for training junior administrators and conducting pre-sales technical discovery.

Prior to their current position, Richard worked at Business & Decision from 2014 to 2016 as a Senior Principal Consultant. Here, they focused on enterprise-level solutions for OS deployment, software distribution, and patching, while also training junior administrators and finding new sales leads.

Richard's earlier experience includes working as an IT Systems Engineer Consultant at Banner Health from 2004 to 2014. Richard'sresponsibilities included supporting a large number of workstations and servers, implementing upgrades and migrations, and automating manual processes through the use of runbooks.

Before joining Banner Health, Richard worked as a Field Service Operations Technician at CIGNA Corporation from 2001 to 2004 and as a Network Specialist at Comtech EF Data from 1998 to 2001.

Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated expertise in SCCM architecture and engineering, as well as in providing enterprise-level solutions and support.

Richard Poole, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Western International University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from the same university, completing their studies from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their academic achievements, Richard has also obtained several certifications from Microsoft. Richard received the MCSE: Enterprise Devices and Apps certification in January 2017. Furthermore, they obtained the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification in March 2023. Additionally, Richard earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification in March 2019, followed by the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification in January 2020. Most recently, they attained the Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate certification in July 2021, as well as the Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate certification in the same month and year.
