We’re growing and looking for an Educational Writer to join our team! Do you share our passion for accountability, love our core values, and have a gift for communication? Read on!
What’s the starting salary range?
Depending on your experience, this full-time salaried role offers between $50,000 and $70,000 annually.
What makes the A2U Education team different?
We’re blessed to have one of the very best accountability tools around—and that’s not only our opinion! It’s deeply humbling and satisfying to read thousands of emails, comments, and reviews from grateful customers whose lives and relationships have been transformed with the help of our service and resources.
Alongside the software, every day resources like our book Defending Purity in a Pornographic Age are helping people find lasting freedom from sexual immorality.
These real-life testimonies are what motivate us and propel our education. We see education as a means to get the word out to as many people as possible about Accountable2You and the message of accountability to God and one another.
Our educational material is about delivering life-changing content in the areas of purity and accountability. The highest goal of every department here is to serve our customers, and our Education team is at the forefront of this mission.
What does a normal day look like?
As an Education Content Writer at Accountable2you, you’ll get to produce content for a range of platforms that promotes our biblical message and philosophy, advances our mission and vision, and results in changed lives as you help to promote healing and freedom!
On any given day you might publish a blog post or article or develop educational publications such as study guides or book content. We require all content to be theologically sound and match our biblical worldview.
About you
You’re an outstanding human. We get it, no one is perfect, yet you possess a strong moral character that loves our core values and affirms Accountable2You's mission and purpose.
You believe the struggle is real. You believe purity is important and that bondage to pornography is a serious matter. You’re willing to address this sensitive topic publicly because you're committed to helping people in their journey toward freedom, purity, healing, and joy.
You have a profound understanding of biblical or theological disciplines. You have the ability to translate this knowledge into engaging content that matches our biblical worldview in the area of purity and accountability.
You’re a gifted communicator. You may not be an extrovert, but those who know you best would say you thrive in environments that rely upon clear written and spoken communication. You enjoy working with words and take pleasure in a well-crafted sentence.
You’re a master of the written word. You have a gift for writing clear and compelling copy. Although your preferred style is warm and authentic, you’re perfectly comfortable adapting your voice and tone as needed to produce an official white paper or an Instagram caption.
You have high standards. Although you try to avoid being a perfectionist, excellence in your work is very important to you. Your coworkers would all agree that you bring your best to every task and produce high-quality results. Accuracy matters to you; in fact, you’re the sort of person who reads over emails before hitting “Send” to make sure you’ve communicated clearly and not made any mistakes.
You’re a team player. You are humble, hungry, smart, and genuinely enjoy collaborating with others. You actively seek out accountability from others and eagerly receive constructive criticism.
You’re a motivated self-starter. You can work independently, have a knack for solving problems, and don’t need hand-holding to make plans and get results.

Does this sound like a good fit?
We hire the best fit, but there’s a lot more that goes into “best fit” than a laundry list of previous experience.
