Blomme Hilde

Blomme Hilde currently serves as a Member of the PIOB Stakeholder Advisory Council since February 2024 and has been the Deputy Chief Executive at Accountancy Europe since April 2011, where responsibilities include providing regulatory and technical expertise and contributing to the organization’s strategy. Previously, Blomme held significant roles such as Director of Practice Regulation at FEE from September 2003 to March 2011, Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from September 2001 to August 2003, and Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York from April 1997 to August 2001. Early career includes positions at Coopers & Lybrand and local audit firms. Blomme holds various academic degrees from KU Leuven, including a Master’s Degree in Company Law and an MBA, and is a member of the ACCA and a Belgian Chartered Accountant.
