Eric Macody Lund has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eric Macody started their career as a Sales/Ad's representative at Dank Magazine in 2013. After that, they joined Eniro as a Management Trainee, where they provided cross-functional support for various departments. Eric Macody then took on the role of Key Account Manager Trainee at Gule Sider, where they successfully managed multiple customer accounts and achieved sales goals. In 2014, Eric joined Canal Digital AS as a Marketing Coordinator, where they managed digital and print marketing campaigns. Eric Macody later joined Telenor and held positions such as Digital Marketing Specialist, where they focused on international digital marketing, and Team Lead & Founder of Spoor.tech, where they led the development of a product from concept to pilot stage. Eric also worked at Smartbjella as a Product Manager IoT and at StalkIT Group as the Head of Marketing Business Development. Most recently, they worked at Accountflow as a Partner & COO. Currently, Eric is serving as the Director of Product Marketing at Kindly. In addition to their professional experience, Eric also founded ish.world, a platform connecting businesses with ideas. In 2023, they also worked briefly as a Valve Beta Tester for CS2.

Eric Macody Lund attended several educational institutions throughout their academic career. Eric Macody began at Sjøkrigsskolen in 2006, where they studied "Security and safety" as part of the Norwegian Royal Air-force program. In 2007, they enrolled at Høyskolen SSV, focusing on Travel, Event & Tourism Management. Later, from 2009 to 2013, Eric pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing at BI Norwegian Business School. In 2012, they participated in an international exchange program at Esade in Barcelona, specializing in International Marketing.
