Simran is a fourth-year Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting Student. Post-graduation, she plans to obtain a CPA designation and work in public practice.
Since joining the ASK in her first year, she has thoroughly enjoyed being involved with the KPU community and helping out other business students. Her interest in accounting was derived from her older sister, who first introduced her to the field. She enjoys problem-solving and has a passion for business which makes accounting the perfect choice for her.
Outside of school, Simran enjoys painting and drawing. She developed a passion for art at a young age and specializes in portraits and landscapes.

Accounting Society of Kwantlen
The Accounting Society of Kwantlen is an accounting student club designed to help students learn more about the accounting program at Kwantlen and the opportunities available upon graduation. Its mission is to broaden the academic experiences of its members by providing the opportunity to connect with professionals from the accounting industry. They strive to engage their members in continuously improving their skills by bridging their learning through support and resources, fostering personal development, and providing a gateway to professionals in the accounting community.
