Melissa Krutchen currently serves as the US Director of Engineering and Global Mechanical Engineering Leader at Accraply, a position held since April 2020. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Director of Engineering at Delkor Systems, Inc. from June 2015 to March 2020, where leadership was provided to a team focused on innovative secondary packaging solutions. Melissa's extensive experience at General Mills spanned from 2000 to 2015 and included positions such as Packaging Engineering Manager, Plant Technical Manager, Building Manager, and Process Engineer, contributing to major projects with significant budget oversight and operational support. Melissa began their career as a Process Engineer at Cereal Partners Worldwide S.A. and completed the Engineering Development Program at General Mills. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Arts in Slavic Languages from UCLA, and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Literature from Vanderbilt University.
