Monica Chhoeng

Monica Chhoeng has a diverse work experience. Monica started their career at Group Health as an Urgent Care Volunteer, where they were responsible for escorting patients, assisting with patient needs, restocking IV carts, and transporting lab tests. Monica then joined DreamBox Learning as a Senior Client Advocate, troubleshooting technical issues, managing activations and licenses, and analyzing website traffic. Monica later became a Client Success Team Lead at DreamBox Learning, overseeing customer onboarding and implementation, training colleagues in customer service and systems, and resolving technical issues. Monica then transitioned to Expeditors as a Payroll Specialist, where they handled payroll tasks. Currently, Monica is working at Accredible as an Implementation Manager II, responsible for managing implementations. Overall, Monica has gained significant experience in customer success, technical support, and payroll.
