Bill Avallone has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Bill is currently employed as a Client Services Manager at Accredit Solutions, starting in December 2021. Before that, they founded Avallone Consulting in 2019, where they served as the founder. In 2019, they also worked as an Accreditation Consultant at Expo 2020 Dubai for a period of seven months.

Before transitioning into the field of education, Bill worked as a School Master and Resident Tutor at Uppingham School from 2008 to 2010. Bill also held the position of Head of Information Technology and Boarding Master at Institut Le Rosey in 2007.
