Adam B. Mongodin is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in quality improvement, performance assessment, and public health strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Quality, Assessment, Performance, and Ethics at CISSS de l'Outaouais, Adam has also been an On-Site Surveyor for Accreditation Canada since 2013. Roles include Program Manager for Health Care Quality Improvement, supporting healthcare organizations across Belgium, Luxembourg, and North Africa, and Director of Clinical Planning at CIM - Conseil, where Adam managed significant healthcare projects.
