Sonja Politsch

Sonja Politsch is currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager for Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), where Sonja guides clients through the accreditation process and addresses their educational needs. Prior to this role, Sonja worked as an Account Advisor at Cape Fear Valley Health System/Sleep Center, overseeing daily billing and office operations. Sonja also has experience as an Office Clerk at Ogletree Deakins and as a Pharmacy Technician at Walmart. Sonja holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, along with an Associate's degree from Fayetteville Technical Community College.
