Melmar Ordinario, MSML, HTL(ASCP), currently serves as the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at Keiser University since May 2020, overseeing educational programs and faculty management. Additionally, Melmar assumes roles as Director of the Histotechnology Program for the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools and Programmatic Team Leader at the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Science. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Webster University, St. Philip's College, and Methodist Hospital, where Melmar has demonstrated a commitment to academic excellence and program accreditation in health education and histotechnology. Melmar holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and multiple associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from the University of Santo Tomas.
