Dian A. Dewi

Dian A. Dewi serves as a Training Specialist and e-Learning Instructional Designer at Accredo Packaging, Inc. since September 2022, leading training projects and developing curricula for job-specific onboarding and performance improvement. Prior experience includes roles as a Training Content Developer and Team Leader at Fortitude Careers, where Dian developed learning materials for disadvantaged youth, and as a Lead Training Coordinator at IAMC, where Dian improved virtual onboarding processes. Additional experience includes academic coordination and instruction at Istiqlal School, web design and content creation for affiliate websites, and research fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center. Dian holds a PhD in Reproductive Endocrinology from the Royal Veterinary College and a BS in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from The University of Sheffield, along with a certification in Instructional Design and e-Learning Development from the Applied Instructional Design Academy.
