William C. was also the Executive Chairman/CEO/Founder of both Accresa and Workforce Go! Additionally, William C. Short has served as a board member and co-founder at Rock-n-Concepts & RNC Entertainment LLC. William C. has authored a book called "127 Grains" and has been a member of the Advisory Council at The University of Texas at Dallas.
