Shivani Gour

Shivani Gour's work experience begins in 2015 as an NFP Advisor Assistance at Devji Wealth Management. Shivani then worked as a PT Aide/Receptionist at Healing Joints Physical Therapy from 2014 to 2016. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a PT Aide/Receptionist at Healing HandZ Physical Therapy and also as a Driving Instructor at All Town Driving School. In 2018, Shivani joined Momentum Solar as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and later became a Talent Acquisition Associate and ultimately a Talent Acquisition Specialist Lead until November 2019. From November 2019 to June 2021, they worked at Simplifeye as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Lead, where they were involved in all aspects of recruitment. Shivani then joined Amazon as a Technical Recruiter II from July 2021 to January 2022. From February 2022 to January 2023, Shivani worked at Meta as a Technical Sourcer, responsible for sourcing and coordinating interviews for various roles. In March 2023, they joined Accrete AI as an HR & Recruiting Manager.

Shivani Gour attended Rutgers University–New Brunswick from 2014 to 2018. During their time there, they pursued a field of study in Psychology & Human Resource Management. Additionally, in September 2017, they obtained a certification as a Driving Instructor from the State Of New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission in Trenton. Shivani also holds certifications in BLS Healthcare Provider (CPR & AED) and BLS Heartsaver First Aid, both obtained from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
