Aditya Raghav

Aditya Raghav has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Aditya started their career as a Sr. Consultant/Team Lead in Talent Acquisition at SOP HR Services Pvt Ltd in 2012. Aditya then worked as an HR Executive at KPMG, where they handled offshore teams and was responsible for candidate search. Aditya then transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager and Account Manager at OKAYA Inc, where they managed accounts and recruited for various verticals. Aditya also had a role as Sr. Account Manager at SoftNice, specializing in recruiting IT professionals. Aditya then worked as a Manager Sales at Saxon Global, Inc., where they maintained sales pipelines and developed client relationships. Aditya further enhanced their skills as a Delivery Manager and Senior Delivery Manager at Sibitalent Corp, focusing on agile practices, innovation, and delivering highly scalable solutions. Prior to their current position, Aditya served as the Business Head for IT Staffing at RIT Solutions, Inc. and is currently working as the Managing Director and Partner at Accroid Inc, a nationwide employment and service provider focused on making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Aditya Raghav completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they attained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University from 2005 to 2008. Aditya also attended Aditya Birla Public School for senior high school from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a certification in National Cadet Corp from The Aditya Birla Public School in 2001.
