Kate Irving, NALP, CAM, is a seasoned professional in marketing and operations with extensive experience in various roles across the real estate and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Talent Partner at AccruePartners since June 2025, Kate specializes in connecting top marketing and creative talent with innovative companies, emphasizing the importance of technical skills and cultural fit. Prior experience includes significant roles at True Homes as Operations Partner (VP) of Marketing & Merchandising and BGSF in the Marketing division. Kate has also held director-level positions at Northwood Ravin, overseeing digital communications and marketing strategies, and has a strong background in regional marketing and property management across multiple states. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Business from Wingate University.
