Ido Niv has a long and varied work experience. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Content at eBay. From 2005 to 2015, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in various roles, including UCMDB Product Manager & Functional Architect (AKA Product Manager Inbound / Product Architect), UCMDB Browser R&D Manager, UCMDB UI Team Manager, and Software Developer. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Senior Project Manager (Contractor) at Emyoli Technologies. From 2018 to 2020, they were an R&D Manager at Rimo3. Since 2020, they have been the Chief Executive Officer and Project Manager at AppNiv, where they offer reliable, responsive and personalized software development and cloud-based IT services, develops high-performing mobile applications, assists customers with the major cloud hosting environment utilization, and enables companies to leverage the cost-effective expertise of nearshore and offshore software development teams.

Ido Niv received their MBA from Tel Aviv University in 2011, their B.A. in Computer Science from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) in 2003, and attended Hadasim from 1990 to 1995.
