Rita Wen

Rita Wen has over 14 years of work experience in various sales roles. Rita started their career at Askey as an OF supervisor, managing a team of 10 people and achieving monthly sales revenue of NT$1-1.5 billion. Rita then moved to Shanghai DareGlobal Technologies as a sales manager, where they developed and maintained worldwide customers, focusing on the European market. After that, they worked at Celestica as a sales manager, responsible for China ISP and Channel customer development. Rita played a key role in driving business growth and exceeding annual sales targets. Currently, they are working at Accton as a Sales Director, overseeing ODM/OEM and SI customers. Rita has developed sales strategies, monitored implementations, conducted market research, and built cooperation with key customers. Rita has successfully developed several big customers and has achieved significant revenue growth.
