Michelle Hayes

Michelle Hayes, the Director of Operations at ACCU Staffing Services, oversees top grossing office locations, coordinates sales strategies with the Business Development Team, and manages a large team of employees. Prior to their current role, Michelle served as an Assistant Manager within the company, leading staffing divisions and improving client and candidate satisfaction. In their earlier career at Priority Solutions International, Michelle worked as a Logistics Support Specialist, analyzing and coordinating logistical functions. Michelle holds an Associate's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Rowan College at Gloucester County and is currently pursuing further education at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
