Ryan Willis is a seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in quality and process control, currently serving as a Quality Engineer at Accu-Tube LLC since March 2023. Previously, Ryan held the position of Process Control Engineer at EVRAZ North America since 2018, leading R&D initiatives that significantly enhanced product quality and profitability. Ryan's experience also includes roles at National Renewable Energy Laboratory as an Engineering Intern, where research focused on solar cell performance, and positions at California Steel Industries and Nucor Steel, where metallurgical investigations improved manufacturing processes and reduced defects. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, earned in 2018.
