WaiJe Coler

WaiJe Coler has extensive work experience in various technology roles. WaiJe started their career as a Computer Specialist at Coler & Colantonio, Inc., where they worked on algorithms and software for over 6 years. WaiJe then worked as a Web Developer and UI Designer at Fafarazzi - Eastland Media, where they integrated new web designs and simplified code. At the Communication Disorders Department @ UMass, WaiJe served as a Computer Administrator and Hardware & Network Technician, managing the computer lab and network. WaiJe also worked as a Web Administrator and IT Specialist at the Building Materials & Wood Technology Department @ UMass, where they managed the department's website.

In 2010, WaiJe joined Fantourage as the CTO & Web Developer, disrupting the web industry with features that preceded Facebook's. WaiJe later became the Director of Technology & Certified Scrum Master at Dining Alliance, where they led a team known as the "Special Forces" to solve complex problems. WaiJe also started disruptive technologies in the industry.

In 2011, WaiJe worked as a CTO & Web Developer at Meal4Meal, collaborating with the Boston Foodbank and local restaurants to gamify certificate buying and social sharing. WaiJe also ran successful campaigns for the cause. At Accucom Corporation, WaiJe served as the CTO, leading a team and working on various technologies such as Mongo Clusters, AWS, and Data Mining. WaiJe also served as a Senior Dev Ops during their time at Accucom Corporation.

WaiJe is a member of the Forbes Technology Council since 2018. WaiJe also worked as a Website Manager and Content Creator at Massachusetts Woodlands Cooperative, LLC in 2005. Overall, WaiJe has a diverse range of experience in technology, web development, and management roles.

WaiJe Coler attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science & Mathematics. In October 2015, they also became a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
