Damian Kuzmin

Damian Kuzmin is an experienced professional with a robust background in tooling and engineering, currently serving as Tooling Manager at Accudyn Mold and Engineering since June 2023. Prior to this role, Damian worked as a Field Engineer for COAST Systems, managing injection mold tooling for the medical industry. As the President of Rapid Mold Solutions, which was acquired by Adler Industrial Solutions, Damian focused on smart engineering and timely product delivery. Earlier in the career, Damian co-founded RMS Inc, served as President, and held various technical and leadership positions at Johnson Controls Automotive and Tool-All Inc, specializing in precision mold making and manufacturing processes. Academic qualifications include a degree from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus and training at Tech Memorial.
